John,
My bad. I don't know where the 87 came from but it's been corrected. Please note - there is a slight change a few days into the month. What sometimes happens is that a deal closes near the end of a given month but the agent does not change the status to "sold" until the beginning of the next month. If I do my research before the status is properly recorded as sold, that deal is not in my results. So I always go back and check a at about the end of the 1st or beginning of the 2nd week of each month and make any adjustment needed. I also check the prior month as I do each month. I'm new to googledocs (which are great) and they are supposed to automatically republish as you make changes. It should all be accurate now. Thanks for picking up on that and for your understanding.

Quick question... why does the chart you posted for April's sales have a different number of unit sales for the month of March (now shown at 87) than the chart you posted last month for March (which showed 44)? Where do they numbers come from and is there a delay in the reporting of sales figures or is there another explanation for the discrepency (which seems very large to me)? Thanks much.
