I particularily couldn&#039;t agree more about the &#039;typical&#039; Hoboken buyer, they all want a &#039;move-in&#039; or even &#039;turn-key&#039; condition, no one with a 50+ hour a week job wants to spend their limited free time renovating a condo!</description>

You are right on about price - it is often the toughest one to get sellers to understand.  I can&#039;t tell you how many listings are overpriced, sit on the market and get stale and never sell.  It&#039;s a shame because many of them are nice properties.  They say all sellers are 6 months to a year behind the times and buyers are 6 months to a year ahead of the times when it comes to price.  There is some truth to that.  Thanks for your comment &amp; glad you enjoyed the post.
