$ per SF is surprisingly high. By now I would think a good amount of Maxwell Place units are being sold by owners and not developers which would bring the $ PSF up. Next year will be the litmus test after bonus season.

Still holding STRONG! I know the averages are lower, but I think we are still blessed compared to other places I have seen.
