		<description>FAP, you are correct - it makes no sense.  It&#039;s a holdover from the days when realtors hid the info from the customer so you&#039;d have to go to them to learn what was on the market.  There are still some agents and agencies that won&#039;t reveal the address of properties for sale.  The world has changed - they haven&#039;t.  People who seek to withhold information are threatened by the idea that the general public can do what they used to do.  They fear obsolesence.  If they were clever they would realize that the value they add has to come from more than just owning the info.  But the floodgates have opened and once the info is widely available thanks to the internet there is really no holding it back.  I hope they learn this soon.</description>
