For example, two units in the same building, like the Huntington, where one has parking and one doesn't. If the units are not similar to start with, then that brings up all sorts of issues like, do they both have elevators, central air, w/d, etc. so when looking at the entire market, I would not make any specific discounts for parking or any other factors.
