    It looks like the Hoboken market is pretty active week after week – 500 units last year is now down to 386 units. We’ve held pretty steady at 450 sq. ft. for anything desirable.

    With rents substantially increasing, it’s also getting better to own. A nice two bed is now around $3,500 a month! Wow! Yes, yes, yes – not on the fringe of the town.
