    Do you have any idea why 1105 Washington 3A sold for what I consider a pretty low amount for a 1500 sq ft apt?

    Courtney,
    It could be due to the fact that a 3rd floor walk up is problematic for many families with children, there is no parking, and the layout is a bit unusual. If you can picture the typical 5 story walk-up with a right and left unit on each floor, this is one where they combined two of those type of units. What you end up with is a “U” shaped apartment with the stairs and common hallway running down the center between the two arms of the “U”. It was not really a 3 bedroom either. It’s a 2BR with a den (i.e., no windows).
