First and foremost – congratulations to Hoboken’s own Eli Manning and the brilliant win by the NY Giants!
Here is what happened in January and a comparison to the past two years. The biggest change I see here is the number of units active on the first day of the month – a 45% drop! Combine that with an almost 20% increase in the number of properties that have gone under contract and you’ve got a competitive market brewing.
