    228 Bloomfield St., 3 looks like a steal for 205k?

    Perhaps – some strange circumstances. It was listed in Jan of 2010 by Prudential RE for $369k with the size stated as 850 sq. ft. and expired unsold. Listed again by Halliburton in Oct. of 2010 for $325k with the size stated at 825. Withdrawn unsold. Then just recently listed by West Hoboken Realty (never even heard of them – location comes up in google as Union City) and the listing agent sold it to his own buyer. Now it is only 675 sq. ft. It was a duplex with the bedroom in the basement. Maybe they split it up? No pix. Not much of a description. Who knows what the details may be.
