Anything wrong with 125 Monroe St #2? The price/sqf is a lot below the average and it was on the market for a long time. the photos look pretty good to me. Short sale?
1450 Washington St., 305 is an amazing story!

  2. Lori

125 Monroe was a short sale.

1450 Wash is pretty reflective of what’s happening with high-end properties in the past year.

  3. Andy

Interesting in the 2bd market. Looks like the discount to make the sale is declining significantly. Bidding wars?

  4. Mike

Hi. Is it possible the two buyers in 1450 Washington each bought one of the 15 rooftop terraces and that is reflected in the price? A story in the nytimes on April 26 said that the terraces sold for prices between $40,00 and $150,000.
    Thanks.

    Hi Lori,

Can you start including single and multi family homes in your weekly Wednesday Wrap Up?

    Thanks!
    Jon

  6. Lori

    Jon,
I will consider it but it is a lot more work and I do this for free. If you have a specific question I would be happy to answer it for you.
