The Weekly Wednesday Wrap-Up – Hoboken Residential Property Sales and Activity for the Week of August 22nd, 2012

 

As inventory in the Condo and Co-op market dwindles, customers in the market for larger apartments increasingly find themselves considering single-family homes.  Anyone familiar with Hoboken knows that one of our greatest assets is an extensive fabric of  beautiful town-houses.   In order to provide my readers with the most comprehensive information possible, I am now including single-family and multi-family houses in the data presented in the Weekly Wednesday Wrap-Up.  The format of the Wrap-Up has not changed–properties are still classified and grouped by number of bedrooms, but within the categories you will find data that includes information on single- and multi-family houses as well as condominiums and co-ops.
