  1. JC

$604,000 for 8610 sq ft 1BR/1BA at 1450 Washington Street. That building/units must be beautiful. Very impressive prices.

  2. JC

  3. Lori Turoff

That’s about $700 a square foot. Similar buildings in NYC are going for $1,200 a square foot.

Those numbers would imply Hoboken is more than half as good as Manhattan. Everyone knows that’s not true. Hoboken is 25% as good; therefore it should be $300/sf. These are facts. Some might even say gospel. Don’t overpay…

  5. Lori

The medieval theologian St. Thomas Aquinas wrote, “Charity rejoices in our neighbor’s good, while envy grieves over it.”

Here is the Amazon.com link to the self-help books on envy: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=stop+envy

    Have a nice Easter.

  6. Question

Hoboken has typically been 50% of the city – big billy is off
