    One of the units listed in the DABO section is in my building. The offer came in the day after it was listed and it was for more than asking despite there being no other bidders. The closing will be in August and the final sale price will be well over $100k more than I paid for my identical unit just 3 years ago in 2010. The people who bought during the height of the market may still have a ways to go. But for those of us who bought at the bottom after the bubble burst, it would appear the Hoboken market is back with a vengeance – at least if you are selling a desirable unit with all the bells and whistles in an elevator building.
