As promised, here are charts showing year-end figures for various metrics. What I find telling is how prices of 3 bedroom and larger units have increased faster than the others and what has happened to days-on-market.
I tell buyers all they time that in order to get one of the prime ‘family-sized’ properties in Hoboken they have to be ready to walk in and make a full price offer. Often, I think they think I’m bluffing. But when you see properties selling as quickly as they do now, it’s no bluff.
