I think hoboken real estate is cheap compared to other waterside communities outside manhattan. Williamsburg, dumbo, Brooklyn heights, and even Long Island city in queens all sell for well over $700/800 sq foot. And most of the aforementioned neighborhoods in Brooklyn are well over $1000/sq ft. I think Hoboken easily has $200/sq foot of upside in the near future. Just one persons opinion…

I have to agree with you. We were on our way there and set back by the credit crash. Now the momentum is back and the buyers have cash and are purchasing to live in the properties. Good times.
