    1125 Maxwell Ln., 801 selling for $2.530m is an impressive comp. That’s $1321 a square foot.

    Certainly more than most parts of Brooklyn outside of new construction in Williamsburg/Dumbo/BH and even more than certain areas of Manhattan. Hoboken standing on its own merits – love it!

    The Maxwell town houses are quite nice! All the advantages of a private home but none of the work! And the ferry is, literally, at your door step.

    @Lori, Those are quite nice, but #801 is actually just a typical MP condo (although high floor and direct NYC views).

    Silly me – I was looking at the THR listed in the 3BR group that sold for $2.515M. Those are the ones I personally prefer! Thanks for clarifying for our readers, though!
