November’s numbers are back to about September’s levels, which makes October’s highs seem like a bit of an aberration. Inventory is creeping up a little bit over the past few months. Prices this November are way stronger than a year ago – up almost a whopping 30%. Interest rates are rising and likely to continue to increase. With a new administration and a possible weakening economy it may be a rocky road ahead. The innate strength of Hoboken remains its proximity to Manhattan and geographic limits on its boundaries. We are in the traditionally slowest quarter for Hoboken real estate. Regardless of what happens in December, this has been a stellar year for appreciation.
