    Hi, I was wondering, if there is an ongoing assessment on a condo for sale, do buyers usually take over that payment when the sale goes through? I understand it is something that is negotiable, I’m wondering how it usually goes in Hoboken. Thanks!

    Very often, the seller pays it. But you are correct, it is negotiable.
