    Hi Lori,

    What do you say to apartments that are large but are only 2 bedrooms plus a downstairs den (with no full bath on the first floor) demanding a 3 bedroom premium? In terms of value isn’t it difficult to compare a true 3 bedroom to the other type of property?

    With the extremely limited inventory in Hoboken of any sort of property larger than 2 BRs, there will always be a premium paid for the extra room whether a true BR or a den. The in-laws, new baby or home office can still be located in it.
