Thanks for your patience, folks. As you probably are aware, real estate is a highly regulated industry, in order to protect you – the consumer. As such, the MLS rules which we must follow have made it necessary for me to reply to you with a private, individual email message if you would like to see the below information in the form in which you were used to receiving it. - 37 New vs. 42 last week
- 8 Price changes vs. 12 last week
- NOTE – the new convention is for agents to withdraw and re-list properties so the “days on market” clock resets and the price change does not show up in the MLS history. It would simply be too time-consuming for me to track every one of these “price changes” manually to include in this weekly report. If you are curious about a particular property, we will be happy to research it for you if you let us know.
