    Are these listings supposed to be clickable? I’ve seen some emails in the past that have links but I can’t find any in the past couple of posts. I checked on the common browsers too.

    I asked this question a couple weeks ago, but can’t see it now or any response.

    How much of current inventory do you see as “pent up” demand from Q2 vs. a exodus due to COVID-19 and proximity to the civil unrest in NYC?

    Do you see the trend of families staying in Hoboken to raise children, use public/charter schools slowing or even reversing?
