Hoboken Interactive Open House Google Map for May 23rd and 24th

The Hoboken Interactive Open House Google Map has been updated for the weekend of May 23rd and 24th. Remember the old Outer Limits TV show, when the very-serious announcer would intone “Do not adjust your sets. We control the horizontal and the vertical.” (Do kids today even know what the horizontal and vertical on a TV set are/were?) In any event, I felt like writing something like that with regard to this weekend’s map. No – I didn’t forget to update it. Do not adjust your internet settings – there just aren’t many open houses to go to due to the Memorial Day weekend. Check out the ones that are taking place (you can probably visit them all) – then go to the beach, have a BBQ, hang out with your friends or my personal favorite, go play with the dog! Every Hoboken open house from the Current, the Hoboken Reporter, the MLS, every Realtor website and Craigslist have been compiled for your easy reference complete with days, hours, and a link to the MLS listing itself. New listings (less than 10 days on the market and/or first timers on the map) are indicated with a “push pin” instead of a “bubble”. The colors work the same as above.
* Blue Bubbles are missing some piece of data – for example, the property has not yet been listed on the MLS so there is no link. I make them blue to remind myself that the item is incomplete.
* Markers with a dot in the center are OHs from a week ago that are not having open houses this weekend. Properties that have not had Open Houses two weeks in a row have been dropped from the map. All of these non-active OH’s have been dropped to the bottom of the sidebar in a new catagory called “Archives.”
TEASER – Lori’s away in Spain, so we’re putting off the announcement of the Thursday Night T² Condo Crawl for another week. Hang in there, it’s coming!

The Hoboken Interactive Open House Google Map has been updated for the weekend of May 16th and 17th. Following two successive weekends with limited Open Houses (Hoboken Arts and Music Festival two weeks ago and Mother’s Day last week) we are back to a full sked this weekend. There won’t be many next weekend either because of the three-day Memorial Day weekend, so this is your best chance to go see a bunch of apartments. Go git ‘em.

Hoboken Open House Google Map – May 9th and 10th

The Hoboken Interactive Open House Google Map has been updated for the weekend of May 9th and 10th. For the 2nd weekend in a row, there aren’t going to be many Open Houses on Sunday, last week because of the Hoboken Arts and Music Festival and this week because of Mother’s Day. Most of this weekend’s Open Houses are on Saturday, so plan your house hunting schedule accordingly. There are a few on Sunday too, so if you don’t have plans with your mom, there will be places to see.
