Good Luck Tomorrow NYC Ironman Triathlon Participants!

From One Ironman to Another
Howie and I both completed Ironman Canada just about 20 years ago this week. It was, easily, one of the best days of my life and I will always treasure the great memories I have of the entire experience from training, to staying with a host family in Penticton, to having people line the course the whole way to wave us on. For those of you not familiar, an Ironman is a 1.2 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike ride and a marathon distance run. We send our most sincere and heartfelt good luck to all those Hobokenites participating in tomorrow’s race. It’s the first time the Ironman is being held in New York, though we all know it’s really in New Jersey. Have a blast!
