The March Hoboken Condo Sales Results

Here are the March results for Hoboken. Some pretty astonishing numbers here. Sales prices on average up 24% over last March! Listing prices topping $900k, on average. One bedrooms well into the mid-500s. More listings hitting the market but more selling, too. The average size of a Hoboken condo continues to rise as new development caters to the demand for larger living spaces to reflect the demographics of the neighborhood. Nonetheless, buyers are snatching up these properties with aplomb.
