Village Voice Calls Hoboken “Red Hot”
Categories: Crazy Ball, Hoboken Condos
Hoboken made last week’s issue of the village voice as the feature of the ‘Neighborhood Update’ column in the Voice Living section. OK – it was in a special real estate advertising section but the article was an editorial, not an ad. The column briefly described the city and mentioned Hudson Tea, Maxwell Place and the soon-to-be-completed W Hotel. My favorite bar, Maxwell’s, got a shout-out, too, as a mecca for music lovers. The article noted the change in Hoboken “from a refuge for recent grads priced out of Manhattan to a place where people are planting roots to raise a family.” It never hurts for Hoboken to get some good press for a change, especially when directed at a New York City audience.
